Pickly

Find a date that works for everyone

Add the days you have in mind, send one link to the group, and everyone says yes, if need be, or no to each one. The day most people can make wins. No back-and-forth, no sign-ups.

How it works

Add the dates. Pick days from the calendar, with a time if it matters, and a short note like “after the match”.

Share one link. Drop it in the group chat. Everyone answers yes, if need be, or no for each day, on any phone, without an account.

See the day that works. Results update as people vote. Pickly can email you the outcome when voting closes, and you can let voters ask for it too.

A simpler Doodle alternative

Scheduling tools tend to grow calendars, logins and upsells. Pickly does one thing: you list the dates, people say which ones they can make, and the best day is at the top.

Nobody signs up, not you and not your friends. The poll closes on its own after a day, or at whatever time you set, so nobody has to chase the last few people.

Dates, times or both

Planning a weekend away? Use dates. Already know the day and only need a kick-off time? Use times. Add a time to a date for a dinner, and a note to any option so people know what they're agreeing to.

Questions

What does “if need be” mean?
That someone could make it, but would rather not. It counts as half a yes, so a day everyone can comfortably make beats one where half the group would be stretching. If you'd rather people just tick the days they can make, pick “Pick several” as the voting style instead.
Do my friends need an account?
No. They open the link and vote. You don't need one either; an account only adds a list of your polls and the option to close or reopen them.
How many people can vote?
Up to 20 per poll for free. Pro removes that limit.
Can I change the dates after sharing the link?
Yes. Open the poll on the device you made it on, or while signed in, and choose “Edit poll”. Once people have voted, the voting style stays fixed, but you can still add or change dates.
